On April 22, 2008 as I was entering I-84 near Salt Lake City, UT a spring broke on my 38 Ft 5th wheel.I called Good Sam ERS and within 1.5 hours on a cold Utah morning my 5th wheel and tow vehicle were loaded onto a large flatbed trailer provided by Bretts Towing and was delivered to Ray Citte RV in Roy, UT. Within 20 minutes our unit was in a bay being repaired. The repairs were finished the same day and we were provided a site for the night with full hookups and we were back on the road early the next morning.
Good Sam ERS, Brett's Towing Service and Ray Citte RV turned a horrible situation into a bearable one.
