On Thursday, March 8 I was getting our rig ready for a week of travelling. At about 3:00 PM I discovered that we had a major electrical system failure and I was stuck out in the middle of central Iowa. I called ERS, gave the operator (very friendly and very professional) the information she needed. Within 45 minutes a tow truck had arrived and I was on my way to a truck service station 45 miles away. I am SO impressed how quickly help was arranged. No typical burocracy, no frilly questions just good service. By the way the service station was able to take me in right away and at 2:00 AM I was on my way again. Hats off to Freightliner for their excellent service us there. Thanks for redefining good service.--Michael Herrick
