After 5 years of having Good Sam's ERS, I finally had a need to call for help. On 4/20/07, while pulling my TT home from storage, I experienced a flat tire on my truck. I called Good Sam and with-in 15 min of my call, The wrecker arrived and with-in 30 min of my original call, my tire change was complete and I was on my way! I will say, I have read testimonials of your service in the past and wondered if your service was as everone had claimed. Well, now I know 1st hand! EVERYTHING about the handeling of my incident was handled exactly as advertised.
