Mavis Rieck

After fourteen years working in the operations division for the parent company of Good Sam ERS, Mavis recently joined the Good Sam ERS team. She specializes in quality assurance for our customers by monitoring the Customer Service and Dispatch Center Agents, resolving member issues, Motor Club Licensing, and by functioning as main contact for Good Sam Authorized Dealers and Manufacturers. Mavis has already achieved Good Sam Certified Technician Level 1 Certification and is currently working toward the Level 2.

An RV seems to be in the future for Mavis. She is interested in American History and plans to travel the US after she retires. She also wants the freedom to travel to Chicago and New York to visit the kids and grandkids and take Molly-dog along. Mavis will no doubt have her Good Sam ERS card close at hand to ensure Peace of Mind on the road!

Mavis' first RV show was the Quartzsite RV Show in early 2007 where she enjoyed meeting all the RVers and working with the volunteers. Mavis said it made her proud of her career choice when she heard all the successful rescue stories members shared with her.

Zach Weeks

Zach has over 11 years in the RV Industry and has been a part of the Good Sam ERS Team for over 10 years. He is a Good Sam Certified Level 3 Road Service Professional. In his current role in the ERS Member Relations Department, Zach's primary responsibility is to successfully resolve member issues and road service claims. Additionally, Zach uses his creative energy to assist with events, rallies and other member oriented initiatives.

Zach spent a large amount of his childhood around his grandparents, traveling and listening to their stories. His first RV experience was at the age of three, when he and his grandparents took a trip in their VW Vanagon over three weeks across the Midwest. He also worked as a logger in SW Wyoming, living in a log cabin and a travel trailer. Golf, cooking, reading, being outdoors and spending time with family are a few of Zach's interests. In over ten years of ERS, Zach has attended dozens of RV Rallies and Shows and always enjoys becoming reacquainted with our members, Sambassadors, and volunteers.

Jason Santistevan

The newest member of the ERS Member Relations Team is Jason Santistevan. Jason came to Good Sam ERS with more than three years in automotive quality assurance experience and more than thirteen years of quality customer service background. Already, Jason has obtained Level 1 certification in the Good Sam Certified RV Technicians program and is working hard to earn his Level 2 certification. His current job responsibilities include communication with our dispatch provider, Cross Country Automotive Services, and assisting our Customer Service Department with ERS program questions, feedback and member resolution.

Jason enjoys watching and sometimes playing hockey and football. His current passion is playing as much poker as he can; he's so interested in poker that he is starting to build his own line of poker tables. Watch out Las Vegas!

In July, Jason will attend his first Rally when the entire Good Sam ERS team travels to Redmond for the 2007 Rally.
